The deal, in plain English.

By using Scout Squad you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the product. This is a plain-English version while we finalize the formal terms before launch; we'll keep the plain version alongside whatever the lawyers add.

Scout Squad is an analysis tool you use through AI apps. It reads your connected leagues and gives you a clear call with its confidence, its reasoning, and the case for the other side. It is built to augment your judgment, never to replace it — the call is always yours.

It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Fantasy football is a game of variance. We will be wrong sometimes, we will tell you when we're unsure, and our model's track record is public so you can judge for yourself.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. Give us accurate information, and let us know via our contact form if you suspect someone else is using it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

When you connect a league platform such as Sleeper, you confirm you're entitled to connect it, and you authorize us to read the data the feature needs. Scout Squad never changes your roster.

When you add Scout Squad to an AI app and choose Allow, that app can ask Scout Squad questions on your behalf. You can remove it from the app at any time. League platforms and AI apps are not affiliated with Scout Squad, and your use of them stays governed by their own terms.

Keep it sporting. Don't:

• scrape, resell, or redistribute the product or its output as your own service;
• abuse, harass, or impersonate other people;
• try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the system;
• use Scout Squad for anything illegal.

Creating an account and connecting Scout Squad to your AI app are free. Some tools and more active leagues need Pro. Pro is sold as a one-time weekly, monthly, or season Pro pass, and nothing renews. Stripe processes payments. Pro passes are not on sale yet.

You own what you bring. We own Scout Squad — the name, the software, the model, and the look. Using the product doesn't transfer any of that to you.

The product is provided “as is.” Projections and recommendations are estimates, not certainties, and we don't warrant any specific result. To the extent the law allows, Scout Squad isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the product or from decisions you make with it. The decision, and its consequences, stay yours.

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell you. You can stop using Scout Squad and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll act in good faith when we do.
